AZ Movers and Delivery wrote this so that anyone visiting azmoversdelivery.com knows where their personal details go and where they stop. It applies the same whether you booked a job, asked for a number and walked away, or read a couple of pages and left without a word.
The short version, before the details
What you tell us is used to quote and run your move, then held only as long as the law or your booking calls for. It is never sold, never traded, and never handed to a broker or a rival mover. Want it gone? One email or one phone call does it.
Whose policy this is
The mover named on every truck and every quote, AZ Movers and Delivery, owns and runs azmoversdelivery.com from 16165 N 83rd Ave, Suite 200, Peoria, AZ 85382. We are fully licensed and insured under USDOT and MC authority. Reach a person about anything on this page at (888) 711-4778 or [email protected].
What we collect, and why each item earns its place
Rather than list fields in the abstract, here is every category we touch and the single reason it exists.
| What we hold | Why we need it |
|---|---|
| Your name, phone, and email (email only if you offer one) | So Sara can reach you with a written price and Megan can confirm the date |
| Both ZIPs for the trip, your target move day, the bedroom count, and notes such as a gate code or a 55-plus move window | So the quote reflects your actual move and the crew can get through the door |
| Visit basics logged by the server: your network address, your browser, and which pages loaded | So the website stays up and we can gauge rough traffic, nothing more |
That third row is the only thing gathered without you typing it. We run no advertising trackers and embed no marketing pixels. A privacy-first visit counter measures totals alone, and flipping on Do Not Track in your browser drops you from even that tally.
Where your information travels once we have it
From the form or the phone, the path is short and closed. A small set of people see it, and only because the move cannot happen otherwise.
- Our own W-2 movers and office staff, every one cleared through a background check before a first shift
- A guard desk or homeowners association at a gated or 55-plus community, given only the access detail it asks for, and only with your okay
- An insurance adjuster, in the uncommon case a cargo claim has to be worked
- A government body the law obligates us to answer, meaning the IRS on taxes and the FMCSA on the interstate hauling side
Nobody else. Lead-buying networks, advertisers, list resellers, and other West Valley moving companies are all shut out by design.
How long we sit on a record
The deciding factor is simple: a quote that went nowhere clears out fast, while a move we actually performed has to be documented.
- Quote, no booking: wiped at the 90-day mark, since there is no reason to keep it
- Completed move: kept for seven years to satisfy tax filing, a possible later insurance claim, and the federal interstate household-goods recordkeeping rule at 49 CFR § 375
Keeping it secure
Data moves to us over an HTTPS connection and lands in a password-gated CRM that lives off the public web. It is encrypted in transit, walled off from open access, and if a breach ever did occur, every affected person would hear from us within the deadlines Arizona and federal law impose.
The controls in your hands
You decide how much we keep and whether we contact you. Pick the action and the route below.
| You want to | Do this |
|---|---|
| See your file | Email [email protected] and we send a copy of what is on record under your name |
| Fix an error | Flag it and we correct the record |
| Be deleted | Ask anytime; the one exception is records the seven-year hold and federal rules force us to retain |
| Stop texts | Reply STOP to any of ours, usually off by that evening |
| Stop calls | Phone (888) 711-4778 and Megan clears you from the list |
| Leave the quote file | Email [email protected] with “REMOVE” as your subject line |
We also honor the FTC’s national list, so adding your number at donotcall.gov covers you as well. Submitting our quote form is your consent for AZ Movers and Delivery to follow up by call, email, or automated text, and your carrier’s normal messaging and data rates may apply.
If you live in California
The CCPA and CPRA hand California residents a few rights beyond what is listed above: learning which categories of data we keep, requesting deletion within legal limits, opting out of any sale (we run none), and exercising all of it free of any penalty. Email [email protected] with “CCPA REQUEST” as the subject line and we go from there.
Children
Booking a move is adult business, and these pages are not aimed at anyone 12 or younger. We do not knowingly collect a child’s information, and should any slip through, a quick note to us gets it erased.
When this page changes
Expect occasional revisions; the date up top shifts each time one lands. If you keep browsing azmoversdelivery.com or send another quote request afterward, the current version applies to you.
